Email Support FAQs

I am here to support you!  Here's my rules for email support so I can be most effective for YOU:

1.  You can send me 1 email a week by filling out the form below or at reworkedfitness@gmail.com

2.  Construct your questions or comments in bullet points

3.  Each bullet point can be a maximum of 3 sentences

4.  There can be an unlimited amount of bullet points

5.  You can send me an email at any time, but I will respond on Mondays only.

These are my rules so I can be your effective trainer, but of course you can contact me in case of emergency!
