Remember, YOU are most important-- how you feel in your body, how you feel emotionally, your overall well-being-- YOU matter most!  Once you start feeling better in your body, you feel more confident and happy.  In turn you become more productive, more focused, less stressed, and focused on what brings joy to your everyday life.
